Mezeo to set the standard for cloud storage platform software for IT service providers deploying cloud storage solutions
HOUSTON, March 3, 2009 -- Mezeo Software Corp., a Houston-based software developer of the leading deployable platform for cloud storage, today announced that Gray Hall has joined its board of directors as chairman of the board. Hall is a veteran of the hosting industry, having co-founded VeriCenter, Inc. in 1999 and serving as its president and CEO until its sale to SunGard Data Systems in 2007. During that period, VeriCenter achieved 28 consecutive quarters of growth to $80 million in annual hosting revenue. Most recently, Gray was Executive-in-Residence at Fidelity Equity Partners, a $500 million middle-market buyout fund backed by Fidelity Investments.

- Mezeo Personal Cloud Storage, for delivering white-labeled online file storage services.
Mezeo announced its market entry in October 2008, with SoftLayer, Inc. as a Premier Hosting Partner for the Mezeo solutions. SoftLayer will begin offering new solutions based on the Mezeo platform this month. Cloud Storage solutions are also available from SoftLayer resellers, such as Managed Services Providers deploying new solutions utilizing the Mezeo platform hosted by SoftLayer.
