HOUSTON, September 16, 2004EMS Pipeline Services, a leading pipeline operations and maintenance (O&M) service provider, today announced the appointment of Thomas M. Moccia to the position of vice president of strategic planning and business development. EMS Pipeline Services is a business unit of Energy Maintenance Services Group l, LLC (EMS Group).

In his new position, Moccia is responsible for development and implementation of EMS Pipeline Services’ strategic business plan and operations plan. He will guide the company’s business development team in identifying and capitalizing on new avenues for growth in the pipeline O&M market.
