NEW YORK, Jan. 18 -- AT&T has won a multimillion-dollar integrated networking contract from The BISYS Group Inc., a leading provider of outsourcing solutions to the financial services sector. The three-year agreement renews and expands a longstanding relationship between the two companies.

BISYS currently supports more than 1,000 domestic and international financial institutions through its Investment Services, Insurance Services, and Information Services business units.

Under the terms of the contract, AT&T will continue to provide BISYS with an integrated networking solution that links the company with thousands of client locations nationwide. The AT&T solution ensures that BISYS' network remains reliable and secure while delivering the broadband services necessary to provide value-added applications to BISYS clients. BISYS processes millions of financial transactions and document images over its network, and reliable broadband networking is vital to providing these services.
